Nobody sees a no. Anything you did not both agree to is collapsed into one private count, with no label and no category, and skipping a question looks exactly like answering no.
The questions and the shared-result screens already run end to end in a browser on synthetic answers, and you can try them now. Creating a real link to send, and the encrypted matching behind it, is still being built. Nothing is saved or sent.

Does he need the app?
No. He opens your link in whatever browser is already on his phone, answers there, and closes the tab. No download, no account, no name.
Who sees the results?
You both do, and you both see the same list: the answers you both gave. Neither of you ever sees the other’s full sheet, and the person answering is told who receives the result before the first question.
What happens to a no?
Nothing. If only one of you said yes, neither of you hears about it. A no is never shown, never counted against you and never hinted at.
Can he work out what I skipped?
No. Anything that is not mutual is collapsed into a single private count, with no labels and no categories. Skipping a question looks exactly like answering no.
Is this a consent form?
No. It is a way to start the conversation with the awkward part already done. Anything either of you agreed to in an app can be taken back in person.
How long does a link last?
One link is for one conversation and takes one set of answers. An invitation nobody answers expires seven days after it was made, and you make a fresh one next time.
Where are my own answers kept?
On your own phone. There is no account, no sync and no recovery, so changing your answers only affects the links you send after that.
